Junior Classes (4 - 12) are 18:30 – 20:30

 

Adult Classes (13+) are 18:30 20:30.

 

 

 

Preesall Taekwondo Club training sessions are held on Thursday Nights, at

St Oswalds Church Hall,  

Lancaster Road,

Knott End on Sea,

Poulton Le Fylde,

Lancashire.

Beginners are always welcome to come and join in the lesson, and should just turn up at one of the lessons with some loose fit clothing. Or can simply come to watch to see if it is the martial art for them.

 

We teach the Kukkiwon style of Taekwondo and self-defence. Kukkiwon Style Taekwondo's headquarters are in Seoul, South Korea. Our general teachings and practices originate from South Korea. Our lessons include all aspects of Taekwondo, for example:

 

:: Improving fitness, speed, strength and flexibility.

:: Kicks, blocks and strikes
:: Patterns
:: Board breaking
:: Self-defence and knife defence
:: Sparring
